Dr Amanda Varnava is an NHS consultant cardiologist who offers private cardiology services in Central and West London. She has developed this website to help patients and their relatives to understand common heart complaints and to explain the tests that may be needed to investigate their symptoms.

Dr Varnava was awarded a National Health Service Clinical Excellence Award in 2008. She is also amongst a limited number of cardiologists accredited by the Football Association for cardiac sports screening.
